Based on the concept of time (kala) and cycles (chakra) in all things, from planets to the simple act of breathing, the Kalachakra reminds us that in our day to day lives we can use the most subtle energies within ourselves to benefit others. Within the ancient traditions of the Himalaya, its meaning is somewhat similar to the expression, ‘What goes around, comes around.’ Each mandala has been blessed by a Lama and dedicated to peace and harmony. Every component of a Mirror in the Sky product is ethical made by hand in Nepal, including packaging. All boxes, bags, swing tags and information booklets are made from 100% natural paper and natural dyes. Even the cord is made by hand and then dip-dyed to match the boxes.
